Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.
Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Colorado with operating room experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals effectively.
Proven ability to achieve performance targets and metrics.
Experience in collaborating with surgical teams for optimal outcomes.
Excellent communication skills for engaging in team meetings.
Ability to evaluate personal performance and seek feedback.
Experience in onboarding and training new staff members.
