Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Hermitage, Tennessee — earn up to ($1748 - $1840 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Tennessee with MedSurg experience.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven track record of meeting departmental and organizational targets.
Experience with patient care documentation and electronic health records.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Ability to monitor and assess patient progress and vital signs.
Strong analytical skills to utilize data for improving patient care outcomes.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
