Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in State College, Pennsylvania — earn up to ($2252 - $2371 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room environment.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Pennsylvania with Operating Room experience.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.

Ability to adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Proven ability to monitor patient vitals during surgical procedures.

Eagerness to receive and act on performance feedback.

Experience collaborating with surgeons and medical teams.

Willingness to support onboarding and training of new staff.

Experience in maintaining accurate patient care records.

Ability to engage in team meetings to enhance patient care strategies.
