Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Martinsburg, West Virginia — earn up to ($2181 - $2296 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in performance evaluations and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care needs and departmental goals.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improving patient care.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in West Virginia with telemetry nursing experience.
Ability to interpret telemetry data accurately and make quick decisions.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Experience in patient education regarding health management practices.
Proven ability to document patient care accurately and timely.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to participate in team meetings and share insights.
Understanding of hospital policies to maintain a safe work environment.
