The Company

OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.

Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Quantity Surveying Specialist, to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A.,to be responsible for managing labor declarations, budget estimates, and subcontractor agreements to ensure legal and financial project compliance.

During your day you will:

Manage Social Security (APD) declarations for in-house staff and subcontractors

Oversee preparation of project labor budgets (AMOE)

Support the Subcontracts Administrator in drafting and updating subcontractor agreements

Ensure legal compliance in employment documentation and payments

Participate in subcontractor certification and verification processes

Prepare letters and legal documents related to labor contracts

Support accounting and legal audits with required labor documentation

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Finance or a related field

3-5 years of experience in similar positions and industries

Familiarity with construction contracts and relevant financial regulations

Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate cost forecasting

Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors

Certification or coursework in cost management or contract administration
