We are looking for a highly versatile and creative Store Manager to join our team at Bundles Baskets and Balloons. This role is ideal for someone who can wear many hats and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service: Youll be the lead in driving sales, engaging with customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.

Creative Crafting: From making beautiful gift baskets to handling balloon decorations, youll bring your crafty side to life.

Social Media & Marketing: Manage our presence on all social media platforms, including YouTube. Youll create engaging content and help us grow our online community.

Assistant Management & Clerical Work: Youll handle various administrative duties, from organizing schedules to managing inventory and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Innovation & Problem-Solving: We value fresh ideas. Youll help us come up with new techniques to elevate our business.

Trustworthiness & Reliability: Integrity is key. We need someone dependable who can be trusted with both creative and operational responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities

Hire, train, and lead employees

Coach employees in tactics to attract and retain guests

Create or approve schedules

Plan and execute sales, promotions, and events

Maintain information in the point of sale system

Oversee the receipt of products into inventoryQualifications

Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred

Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills

Excellent team building and leadership skills

Bachelors degree in management, business administration, or relevant field is preferred

Hands-on experience with balloon dcor, gift basket creation, and general craftiness.

Must demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability in all tasks.
