The Program Analyst will provide support for program performance and cost management evaluation activities. The role involves developing efficiency ratios, analyzing service-based costs, and generating business process redesign activities. The Program Analyst will also produce analysis results and create concise, comprehensive reporting products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support program performance and cost management evaluation activities

Facilitate strategy planning meetings and technical interchanges

Develop and present concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for reporting to stakeholders, Senior Leadership, and vendors

Lead the creation of ad hoc reports on managerial, financial, and operational data

Minimum Qualifications:

Advanced training in Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, SAFe) and Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci)

Certification in production or performance management

Experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and familiarity with the DIA's DD254 process

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Data Analytics. Advanced degrees are preferred

Must hold as TS clearance and be eligible for SCI security clearance
