What You’ll Do:

Engineer and refine blow molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions.

Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines.

Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives.

Be the go-to expert for injection stretch blow molding technology and process optimization.What You Bring:

5+ years of hands-on experience in injection stretch blow molding.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related).

Expertise in equipment

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE.
