Experienced CAD Consultant - (AutoCAD, REVIT, TBC- No mentoring)

Need a CAD consultant who knows how to draft (with no mentoring) Please apply ONLY if you are experienced already:

Corner Records

Record of Surveys

ALTA/NSPS Surveys

Land Description Exhibits

Topographic Mapping

Must be able to:

Be able to be told how to solve a boundary and draft it for me

Understand, read, and plot easements and Deeds in English

Calculate Maps from records

Be able to do some supplemental research

Put submittals together once shown how

Work and understand Tentative Mapping and Final Maps

This is for experienced drafters only, not those who which to learn. I will be 1099 this and thus you need to have a business entity of some sort.

We also do REVIT, and use TBC for Lidar scans, so if you konw how to do those, please apply also. I won't be able to mentor you.
