Job Title: Mammography Technician / Mammography Technologist

Location: Atlanta, GA 30308

Shift: 8-hour Days (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) 40 per week

Duration: 13 weeks

Local Candidate Rule: No locals within 50 miles

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Mammography

Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)

ARRT – Mammography

Systems Experience: Cerner, GE PACS, STAR Financials

Key Responsibilities

Perform mammography imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion, following safety and ACR standards.

Support additional imaging services as needed (MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, Nuclear Medicine, Breast procedures, arthrograms).

Ensure proper patient positioning, technique, and image quality.

Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary team members.

Document and maintain accurate patient records using Cerner and GE PACS.

Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
