Health Saviours is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Longview, Washington.

Float to other clinics: NO

Patient Population: General outpatient ortho

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
