Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant or hospitality management experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

ServSafe certified and proficient in food and alcohol safety

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to manage a 45+ hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing both guest and team member experience

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

Proven ability to manage sales, labor, and Prime Cost within budget

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating one-of-a-kind hospitality experiences

Track record of mentoring and developing team members for future leadership roles

Familiarity with executing culinary standards and working closely with back-of-house teams

Collaborative leadership style with ownership mentality and high brand standards

Experience upholding SOPs and leading location-level HR initiatives
