Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proficiency in Portuguese (C2 level)

Proficiency in English (C1 level)

EU citizenship or a Spanish residency card

At least one year of experience in Technical Customer Support or a related role.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
