We're searching for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who brings clinical excellence and a splash of personality to everything they do.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering hands-on physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed PT

Helping residents recover strength, balance, and mobility after injury or illness

Creating a motivating environment where progress is celebrated (and maybe even danced about )

Documenting treatment and progress accurately, efficiently, and confidently

Collaborating with a therapy team that supports you like family — but without the awkward holiday dinners

What You Bring:

Current PTA license in the State of Ohio

Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Bonus points if you can crack a good joke or give a high-five like a pro
