Location: Remote (Bulgaria-based)

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: 4242 BGN gross/month + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus

Languages: Dutch (fluent) + English (fluent)

What You’ll Do:

Drive outbound B2B sales through cold calling and digital outreach

Identify, qualify, and nurture leads in the tech and digital advertising space

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients

Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of cold calling sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising

Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Dutch and English

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: 4242 BGN gross monthly salary

Performance Bonus: 2000 BGN target bonus paid quarterly

Relocation Support (Sofia):

10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included)

Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months (with valid receipts)

Salary advance of 1056 BGN (repaid over 3 months)
