Associate Attorney - Real Estate & Capital Markets

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Remote Eligible for WA Residents)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $160,000-$200,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

A leading Seattle-based law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its thriving Real Estate and Capital Markets group. The team advises clients on high-value transactions involving acquisition, leasing, development, joint ventures, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex deals, grow their practice, and contribute to a dynamic, collegial team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions

Conduct due diligence including title, survey, and zoning reviews

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and financing documents

Advise clients on asset management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation

Collaborate across practice groups, especially with litigation and business teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-8 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting

Licensed to practice law in Washington State

Strong knowledge of title/survey review, estoppels, SNDAs, easements, and leasing

Detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive in solving problems

Excellent communication skills and professional judgment

A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow within the firm
