Short Description * Responsible for overall direction, utilization, supervision, and instruction of professional * and supportive personnel.
* Primary duties are policy making, planning, staffing, directing or controlling the activities and operations.
* Assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of all programs, policies and procedures, maintaining adequate qualified and competent personnel, adequate supplies and equipment to ensure a high degree of quality patient care and service.
Experience Required 7 - 10 years of medical management experience, at least 5 years of which must have been supervisory with responsibility for all facets of management.
IDX experience preferred.
Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
