MAINTENANCE 3rd Shift

Sunday - Thursday 9:40 pm to 6:00 am

Summary:

Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective purchasing of supplies and parts for machinery, building, and grounds along with the inventory of such items.

Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of duties for the purchasing and receiving of parts for machinery, building and grounds including research of vendors for sourcing.

Coordinates and performs the inventory and kitting of parts that are received for the maintenance and repair of the building and grounds as needed.

Communicate with the other maintenance technicians on any questions about parts that need to be ordered.

Operate the small former in the shop along with any other equipment required to manufacture sample parts for our customers

Makes recommendations for equipment parts upgrades

Communicates with external vendors to order and track inventory/parts.

Helps schedule necessary warranty work with vendors.

Perform minor repairs on thermoform tooling when needed.

Performs light-duty maintenance and preventative maintenance.

Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Utilize Preventive Maintenance and Work Order software.

Communicates the status of orders to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and maintenance technicians.

All other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

High School diploma required.

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required.
