Job Summary

Are you ready to bring the energy, excitement, and unforgettable moments to Columbus Fury home matches? The Fury is on the hunt for talented, outgoing performers to represent the team both on the court and in the community. Cheering, hyping the crowd, launching t-shirts - Be part of the team that fuels the fan experience at Nationwide Arena.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a member of the on and off-court promotions team for all Columbus Fury home matches as well as at outside events (such as community appearances, youth volleyball matches/tournaments, etc.)

Interact with fans in a friendly, professional, and fun manner at the arena and outside events

Assist with mascot pre-match and in-match and at any community appearances

Assist in the execution of theme nights and group experiences

Create and execute in-match performances, skits, and other activations between sets

Help build long-term fan loyalty through providing a strong match day experience

Assist pre-match as necessary

Assist in any community events

Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Be fun, confident and outgoing

Must be at least 18 years old

Strong communication skills - Able to communicate and problem solve with co-workers

Assist with the set-up, execution and break-down of daily events and/or promotions

Flexible availability - Must commit to 10-14 home matches from January to May(schedule coming soon), including some weekends and holidays

Ability to easily stand and move up and down stairs

Ability to bend, twist, stoop and reach overhead as needed

Salary:

Base Pay: $16.00 / hour
