Lead the accounting team in managing month-end close, financial statement preparation, and consolidation.

Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts; provide variance analysis and actionable insights to operational leaders.

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll interface, and fixed asset accounting. Qualifications for the Controller role:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
