We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage factory testing across multiple lab sites. This role ensures alignment between production schedules, customer commitments, and lab capabilities, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize test schedules across three lab locations.

Align testing activities with manufacturing readiness, sales urgency, and product type.

Serve as the liaison between manufacturing, engineering, lab operations, and sales teams.

Manage logistics and communication for customer witness tests.

Provide on-site support for high-priority testing events.

Monitor test progress and ensure timely delivery of documentation and reports. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
