**Press Brake Operator - 1st Shift and 2nd shift** **Location:** Columbus, OH **Type:** Full-Time Temp-to-Hire **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m.

/ 3:15 p.m.

- 1:45 a.m.

**Pay:** Starting at **$22/hr, depending on experience **About the Role** A precision metal fabrication facility in Columbus is seeking a **skilled Press Brake Operator** for 1st shift.

This role involves hands-on fabrication work in a modern, safety-focused environment with opportunities for cross-training and long-term growth.

**Key Responsibilities** + Set up and operate 85-175 ton CNC press brakes + Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately + Work within +.005 and tolerances + Measure and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers + Make offset adjustments and maintain part quality + Assist with finishing and light assembly as needed **Qualifications** + 2+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience + Able to perform own setups (not just operation) + Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented + Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts + High school diploma or equivalent required **Why Apply** + Consistent **day shift schedule (Mon-Fri)** + Competitive pay and stable, long-term opportunity + Temp-to-hire with benefits after full-time conversion + Clean, state-of-the-art facility with excellent safety culture **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
