This hybrid role combines Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities to drive agile delivery of new consumer deposit platform capabilities. Youll lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment while owning the product vision and roadmap.

This hybrid role combines Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities to drive agile delivery of new consumer deposit platform capabilities. Youll lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment while owning the product vision and roadmap.
Top Required Skills:
Must have significant experience as Product Owner who also has experience helping to facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master.
Define and prioritize backlog items aligned with deposit product modules (product catalog, rates, fee management, pricing).
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while working with engineering, QA and LOB stakeholders to deliver functionality.
Must be able to build dashboards for leadership to ensure traceability.
Solid background with Jira tool along with agile delivery processes spring planning, daily standups, resource alignment, story creation, definition of ready, definition of done, delivery coordination.
Strong communication and x-team collaboration required to lead efforts and work in matrix environment.
Nice-to-have:
Domain experience with consumer deposit products and pricing beneficial.
Banking experience preferred but not required.
Should have experience working in highly regulated industry with large focus on risk/compliance requirements within SDLC.
Agile certifications (CSPO, PSM, SAFe).

Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Scrum principles.
Define and prioritize product backlog items aligned with consumer deposit product modules (product catalog, rates, fee management, pricing).
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver value.
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Track progress, remove blockers, and report on delivery metrics through dashboard to enable traceability for senior leadership.
Own the roadmap for integration and modernization features.
