The Senior Technical Lead is pivotal in managing technology for complex development projects, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Python, Enhancing Their Coding Skills And Increasing Productivity Through Effective Mentoring And Knowledge Sharing.
Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In Python Applications, Establish Quality Assurance Processes, And Implement Performance Optimization Techniques To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Modules, Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Packages And Architecture Practices.
Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Using Python Frameworks, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
Develop Automated Testing Scripts Using Selenium For Python Applications To Improve Testing Efficiency And Reliability.
Oversee Integration Processes Using Unix Shell Scripting To Automate Deployment And Streamline Workflows Across Development And Production Environments.
Skill Requirements
Advanced Proficiency In Python And Its Frameworks (E.G., Django, Flask)
Strong Understanding Of Web Development Principles, Api Design, And Database Integration
Familiarity With Version Control Tools Such As Git
Experience In Implementing Testing Frameworks And Tools Like Selenium
Basic Knowledge Of Unix Shell Scripting For Automation Tasks
