What Youll Do

Create Impactful Dashboards: Design interactive, visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that help clients make smarter decisions.

Own the Data Process: Build and maintain data models, connect to multiple sources, and perform ETL to prepare data for analysis.

Leverage Advanced Analytics: Use DAX for sophisticated calculations and KPIs that drive business performance.

Ensure Data Security: Implement row?level security and manage compliance standards.

Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with clients, analysts, and developers to gather requirements, explain insights, and provide training.

Optimize Performance: Monitor and fine?tune Power BI solutions for speed and reliability.

What Were Looking For

Education:

Completed Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; OR

High School diploma plus 4+ years of relevant experience.

Technical Expertise:

Power BI: Advanced report/dashboard development

DAX: Strong ability to create complex calculations

SQL: Skilled in data extraction and manipulation

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret trends and turn data into actionable insights.

Soft Skills: Clear communicator, collaborative team player, and proactive problem?solver.
