Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist!

Pay: $21+ per hour

Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Location: Phoenix, TX

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, counting and balancing merchandise, and identifying any discrepancies or losses. This role ensures proper stock levels of products, equipment, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.

Manage and update the inventory system; assist with software or database upgrades.

Conduct regular spot checks and partial audits of physical inventory.

Assist with annual physical inventory audits.

Operate a forklift when needed.

Evaluate and manage stock rotation procedures.

Maintain clean and organized warehouse storage space.

Train staff on stocking procedures and product dating methods.

Plan and optimize warehouse space usage.

Assist with placing inventory restock orders.

Communicate inventory issues or discrepancies to management.

Work with management to resolve missing or damaged product concerns.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations preferred.

Forklift experience a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
