Purpose of this position
Moxa Korea is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Sales & Marketing Operation Support Assistant to join our team. The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive operational support to both the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth business execution, enhance efficiency, and enable revenue growth. The position is responsible for coordinating sales processes, maintaining accurate data and reporting, supporting distributor/customer engagement, and assisting with marketing activities such as event operation, digital and channel marketing execution.
Key objectives for this position include:
Provide operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily processes.
Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and documentation to support business.
Coordinate with channels, internal teams and headquarter to enhance communication and service quality.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
Essential Functions include the following, other duties may be assigned.
[Sales Operation]
Sales support: Support daily sales operations to ensure smooth processes, such as quotation preparation, order processing, and customer inquiries.
Data and report support: Maintain monthly sales report and relevant documentation by request.
Inquiries support: Handle and reply the inquiries from Channels, Websites, Events and Inbounding calls.
Inventory and logistic support: Monthly inventory check and logistic shipment arrangement.
[Marketing Execution & Operations]
Support the preparation and on-site execution of seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and other marketing events
Assist with channel partner marketing activities, including promotional material development and partner requests
Manage and track marketing leads from campaigns and events, ensuring proper follow-up and reporting
Digital marketing support such as uploading materials on website, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in sales support, marketing support, or office administration for 3 years above.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, work meticulously, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
Fluency in Korean and English (Chinese will be a plus).
