International IT Services Specialist (6-month contract)
International IT Services Specialists are responsible for the IT onsite support to Lombard Odier users across local offices. Their duties include installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components of the organization’s computer systems. They provide support both remotely and through on-site visits, depending on the needs of the teams. The role involves frequent collaboration with Infrastructure Teams at the Headquarters, and depending on the context, may also take on project management responsibilities.
YOUR ROLE
Provide support for Microsoft technologies: Windows 11, Office 365, Teams
Manage Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android
Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure under Level 3 supervision and perform 2nd-level troubleshooting
Maintain and update the network and system CMDB (NetBox)
Manage and maintain systems infrastructure in collaboration with the Systems Team (ESX)
Manage and maintain the printing infrastructure
Install and configure laptops, desktops, servers, switches, and perform patching work
Troubleshoot and replace laptops, desktops, and components
Support Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop)
Maintain and update software and hardware inventory
Assist in budget preparation, manage contracts, and negotiate with local vendors
Oversee contractor installations and maintenance during office moves, shutdown and opening operations
Advise users on hardware and software usage
Provide support to the bank’s Independent Asset Managers in the region
Create, update, and maintain documentation and internal wiki
Participate in implementation and deployment of group projects
Contribute to the Business Continuity Plan and act as a point of contact during BCP invocation
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field mandatory
+7-years proven experience in IT technical support and similar roles
Excellent command in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computers running Windows 11
Excellent command of Office 365, Teams
Excellent command of Apple and Android mobile devices
Strong knowledge of the OSI model and Enterprise Network Infrastructure
Knowledge in Project Management of IT Infrastructure Projects
Relevant certification from advantage (MS-700, CCNA, ITIL…)
Willingness to continuously learn and high interest in new technologies
High readiness to get things done
Very good organization skills and ability to work independently and to be a great team player
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Fluent in French and English
Flexible to travel to the offices in the EMEA Region (Travel Activity 20%)
