As a Customer Service Advisor in our (Care Plan) department in our (location) contact centre, you’ll provide a personal, human touch to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Supported by a team of expert colleagues, you’ll aim to take ownership and responsibility of every call. Our customers will really value your help when you find a first-time solution to their queries.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
● Helping customers with their support plans, facilitating repairs and after-care service.
● Offering over-the-phone support and guidance to solve customers’ queries right first time.
● Building relationships with our customers, wider team and partners.
We don’t use scripts, we guide and empower you to have a real conversation. So you’ll need to:
● Have great communication skills with a confident, friendly approach.
● Place customers at the heart of every interaction.
● Take ownership to drive a positive, lasting experience.
