As a Requirements Manager (f/m/d) in Bergheim (Salzburg) or Vienna, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Develop and maintain innovative solutions

Act as an interface between business and implementation teams

Manage change requests and ensure alignment with stakeholders

Support projects, rollouts and release planning

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in business, IT or equivalent experience

Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Infor LN) and IT projects

English skills, German is a plus

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Adaptable and eager to learn, with a readiness to embrace new technologies

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
