Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Schedule: Monday Friday
Start Date: Negotiable (credentialing typically 90120 days) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
Patient Demographics: Pediatrics, including newborns
Average Daily Volume / Census: Outpatient pediatric care with inpatient newborn rounding
Admissions & Rounding: Included
Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Pediatrics FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
Beds in Department/Unit: Pediatrics within multi-specialty hospital system
EMR System: Epic fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
Specialty Backup: Network of subspecialists within a four-hospital system
Support Staff: Collegial group of physicians and multidisciplinary staff
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports within Community Healthcare System physician group
Reason for Opening: Growth and expansion CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE

Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
DEA & Certifications: DEA, CSR, licensure as required
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90120 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
Base Salary: Highly competitive, negotiable per MGMA guidelines
