Requirements:

Flu within 12 months (waiver considered)

MMR or Titer

TB within past 12 months Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Virginia medical license required; DEA (pending acceptable); Active driver's license/passport; Permanent Resident card if applicable Board: Board Certification required (ABPS not accepted) Residency Training: Residency diploma/certificate from an accredited university Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, Preeclampsia certificate
