Job Description * Performs intermediate Test engineering tasks and activities under the direction of Test Engineering team.
Supports engineering test station and test procedure development.
* Engaged in test station build support and the development of testing procedures to improve test efficiency, and accuracy.
* Contributes to the enhancement of test documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
* Engages in the maintenance and improvement of test solutions, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with product specifications.
* Contributes to the troubleshooting and calibration of test equipment, enhancing the precision and reliability of test results.
* Coordinates with production teams to develop and refine testing procedures and protocols, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliable test results.
* Occasionally supports production to resolve difficult debug escalations.
* Working knowledge of test executables, test stand, functional test systems and LabVIEW etc.
* Participates in the analysis of test data, identifying patterns and making recommendations for process improvements.
* Analyzes electronic and electromechanical assemblies to determine cause of product defect to include circuit analysis, part identification diagnosis and replacement of defective components to bring product into specification.
* Analyzes defective components to determine failure cause and provide report, if necessary, for Engineering and Supply Chain corrective action.
* Read wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components.
