Tax Examiner Associate

The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking multiple Tax Examiner Associates.

What You'll do as a Tax Examiner Associate: * Serve as the "front line" for customer service by taking phone calls, responding to emails and live chats, and face-to-face interaction at our Welcome Center.

* Educate taxpayers by responding to written and verbal questions, attending outreach events, and helping create instructional materials.
