Starting with the role:

We are looking to hire an M&A Senior Expert to join our Strategic Advisory and M&A team.

During your day you will:

Perform the identification, valuation, and analysis of potential M&A targets

Prepare and update financial models and other tools used throughout various deal stages

Participate in the due diligence review process, reviewing financial, operational, and legal documentation

Prepare internal presentations to Motor Oil’s management

Support negotiations and collaborate closely with all stakeholders on deal structuring and financial offer preparation

Assist in the project management of the company’s M&A transactions to ensure reliable and timely preparation and execution

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in M&A, preferably with experience in large-scale manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas companies.

Prior experience in a Big 4 Strategy Consulting firm, Investment Banking division, or a financial advisory institution is preferred but not mandatory.

Detailed understanding of valuation methodologies. Ability to build & review complex financial models

Proven track record in executing and supporting complex M&A transactions across diverse sectors

Strong ability in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
