Job Title
Employee & Service - Authorization Specialist
Job Description
Do you want to make an impact on Rabobank’s digital security? As an Authorization Management Specialist, you are the driving force behind secure access to systems and applications for 100+ DevOps squads. You ensure colleagues only get access to what they truly need. Keeping the bank safe and secure!
You & your role
As an Authorisation Control Specialist, you will manage access rights and optimise authorisation processes for Tribe Markets & Treasury and Tribe Financing Journey. You are the trusted expert for all authorisation-related matters, enabling DevOps squads to work securely and efficiently.
In this role, you will help shape and improve the authorisation landscape, including the configuration of (business) roles and access rights. You work closely with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. Advising and supporting our division, as well as actively contributing to projects, are key elements of your work within our team.
You will also have the opportunity to further develop yourself and deepen your knowledge of the authorisation landscape. Since our work is bilingual, you’ll operate in both Dutch and English, depending on the context and stakeholders involved.
What you bring:
Understanding of IAM principles and authorisations
Experience with role-based access control and process optimisation
A proactive mindset and the courage to communicate clearly with different stakeholders
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort working in both Dutch and English
What we offer:
A meaningful role where you can grow and make impact from day one
A supportive team culture that encourages learning and development
Plenty of opportunities to deepen your knowledge of IAM and authorisation processes
Guidance from experienced colleagues and room to explore your own ideas
A bilingual work environment (Dutch & English) with international collaboration
Hybrid working options and a modern office in the heart of Utrecht
Facts & figures
36 hours per week.
You support 100+ DevOps squads within CITO Wholesale & Rural Tech.
43,822 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.
Your key responsibilities:
Managing authorisations and ensuring correct setup and maintenance of roles
Organising stakeholder meetings and acting as the single point of contact for collaboration and knowledge sharing
Tackling complex authorisation issues and advising on future challenges
A Diverse Team with a Shared Mission
We believe in the power of differences. By combining the differences of people, we become an even better bank. We are curious about what you will add to our team. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team with four key focus areas: Risk, Security, Domain Control, and IAM. This diversity ensures a rich learning environment and plenty of opportunities to collaborate across disciplines.
Work on yourself & the world around you
For us, your development and that of society go hand in hand. That’s why we want to invest in you and work together for a better world. We summarise this in one sentence: at Rabobank you work on yourself & the world around you.
You see this reflected in your personal development budget, our hybrid working environment and a good balance between work and home.
Why everyone is welcome at Rabobank
