Description:

Permanent contract Mechelen area Leadership role Attractive salary package Quick start

We are supporting a well-established European player in the multi-brand automotive distribution sector in recruiting a new Site Manager.

With a strong presence in Belgium and a growing network of dealerships, this group represents several premium automotive brands and is expanding its operations in the region.

In this context, we are looking for a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a dealership located in Flanders. This is a strategic role, combining operational oversight, team management, commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dealership (new and used vehicle sales, after-sales service, and parts).

• Translate the group's strategy and objectives into a concrete, measurable action plan.

• Monitor financial, commercial and operational KPIs, ensuring budget compliance.

• Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams (sales, after-sales, administration).

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with brand standards.

• Act as the dealership's ambassador to the group's leadership and the local market.

• Initiate and support continuous improvement projects to enhance site performance.

Your profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the automotive sector, including at least 2 years as a Site Manager, Sales Manager, or equivalent.

• Solid background in both team management (2–3 years) and hands-on experience in sales or after-sales.

• Fluent in Dutch (working language), with good command of English and ideally some French.

• Proven leadership skills: ability to inspire, engage, and give constructive feedback.

• Strong business acumen, customer-oriented and results-driven.

• Proactive mindset, autonomous, and motivated by challenge.

• Higher education degree is a plus, but relevant experience will be highly valued.

Offer & benefits

• Full-time permanent contract.

• Attractive and competitive salary package.

• Premium company car + fuel card.

• Smartphone, laptop and modern IT tools.

• Extra-legal benefits: group insurance, hospitalisation insurance, meal vouchers.

• Real growth opportunities within a solid and expanding international group.

Why apply?

• Join a reputable and stable international automotive group.

• Represent a premium brand on a strategically located dealership.

• Enjoy full autonomy in managing the site and its teams.

• Have a direct impact on performance and growth in a fast-moving environment.
