Quality Inspector – 1st Shift

Southington, CT $20–$28/hr (DOE)

Join a leading manufacturer and put your inspection expertise to work! We’re seeking a skilled Quality Inspector for our 1st shift team.

Schedule:

5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Thurs (OT on Fridays as needed)

What You’ll Do:

Inspect and clean samples from CNC machines in an oily production environment

Perform first article and setup inspections

Use mechanical gauges, comparators, and optical/CMM equipment (PC-DMIS a plus)

Apply geometric tolerancing daily

Read and interpret mechanical drawings

Maintain accurate documentation and track calibration (Gage Trak)

Collaborate across disciplines to ensure quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years in manufacturing (machining or screw machine preferred)

Hands-on quality inspection experience

Strong attention to detail and documentation

Excel proficiency a plus
