Available Internship Positions (4 Roles)

(Remote — Open to applicants worldwide)

1. Administrative & Executive Support Intern

Be the backbone of daily operations and keep the team organized.

Responsibilities:

Assist with schedules, follow-ups, and meeting reminders

Draft and organize correspondence

Record meeting minutes and maintain documentation

Track tasks for smooth day-to-day operations

Ideal For: Organized individuals who enjoy structure, communication, and coordination.

2. Communications, Social Media & Engagement Intern

Help us tell our story and engage our global audience.

Responsibilities:

Draft captions for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Create basic visuals using beginner-friendly tools

Support content scheduling and engagement tracking

Develop polls, feedback prompts, testimonials, and micro-engagement ideas

Ideal For: Creative individuals who enjoy communication, audience connection, and digital storytelling.

3. HR, Culture & Program Support Intern

Shape our culture and support our people-first initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding materials and attendance tracking

Support coordination of webinars, programs, and meetings

Maintain HR documentation and weekly updates

Help nurture a positive and supportive remote intern culture

Ideal For: Future HR professionals and organized individuals who enjoy planning and people-centered work.

4. Research & Data Insights Intern

Transform data into insights that inform real decisions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct brief literature scans and summarize findings

Track and organize datasets

Create basic charts and insights to support reports

Assist with feedback collection and interpretation

Ideal For: Analytical thinkers who enjoy research, writing, and data interpretation.

*Duration & Commitment*

- 12 Weeks (Remote, Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week)

- Daily Time Options: 9AM–1PM or 10AM–2PM CAT

- Start Date: March 9, 2026

- Completion of the 12-course mentorship series is required
