Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties on job sites and within the facility.

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 100 lbs safely and efficiently.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

• Assist with shop support and other assigned labor-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual—excellent attendance is essential.

• Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and labor-intensive work.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

• Previous labor or construction experience preferred, but not required.
