``Duties

- Operate and maintain saw equipment to cut steel

- Read and interpret a tape measure, work orders, and specifications to determine cutting requirements

- Set up and adjust saw equipment for accurate and efficient cutting

- Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts

- Inspect finished pieces for defects or imperfections

- Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment to keep it in good working condition

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read a tape measure effectively

- Familiarity with quality inspection processes to ensure accurate cuts

- Ability to read and interpret work orders, and specifications

Note: This position may require lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is essential.
