Role: P2P Process Owner
Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)
Responsibilities
Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
Handling queries related to invoices and payments
Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
Task planning & workload management
Monitoring, Control, Continuous Improvement
Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements
Collaboration with cross-functional departments
Lead onboarding for new team members, including training plans and documentation.
Identify improvement opportunities and report risks before escalation
Requirements
Good command of English (minimum B2)
Additional European language will be an asset.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in P2P operations or shared services.
Solid understanding of P2P processes, especially imaging workflows
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Solution-oriented approach; analytical skills; Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in the role of the Process Expert, SME or Team Leader
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is strongly preferred.
