What You’ll Do
Assess and report the Center’s functional learning and capability needs based on local business and people strategies.
Define and manage the local learning portfolio for ad hoc needs (e.g., function-specific competencies, local compliance, unique technologies).
Design, build, and deliver selected local learning programs, leveraging regional and global resources.
Collaborate within the Global Learning & Capability Building community to share ideas, benchmarks, and technologies.
Lead and coach the local functional training network
Support Talent Acquisition with induction and onboarding programs.
Coordinate the implementation of global/regional learning solutions locally.
Plan and monitor local learning investments.
Support continuous improvement capability building at the local level.

Strong instructional design and learning program development skills.
Ability to analyze capability gaps and translate them into effective learning solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global and local teams.
Familiarity with learning technologies and digital platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and facilitation abilities.
Data-driven mindset for measuring learning impact and continuous improvement.
What Will Make You Successful
3–5 years’ experience in Learning and/or Leadership Development, preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or FMCG.
Experience in People Management or HR functions is a plus.
