- $70,500 annually (To be negotiated) / 37.5 to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings for municipal engineering and land development servicing projects.
- Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations.
- Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates.
- Prepare engineering designs and drawings.
- Prepare project schedules: Project Monitoring & Records keeping, maintaining detailed records of project progress, contractor communications, testing results and CCC & FAC submissions.
- Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations and testing of construction materials.
- Computer-aided design (CAD).
- Liaison with the contractors, client and municipal officials.

Computer and technology knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Word
