Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components against customer, work order, and print specifications.

Use functional gauges and visual overlays for quick, accurate acceptance decisions.

Operate Micro-Vu, Keyence, comparators, micrometers, and calipers to capture precise measurements.

Record results in Datamyte Quality Reporting Software and complete inspection records, checklists, and Shop Traveler entries.

Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming material with clear, timely reports.

Verify documentation accuracy through each phase of the job.

Follow company policies and procedures; assist with additional quality tasks as assigned.Must-Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent

Solid shop math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Ability to read manufacturing prints and understand GD&T

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Hands-on experience with metrology tools: micrometers, calipers, measurement gauges

Clear communication and a collaborative approach

Comfort working independently with minimal supervision

Familiarity with Epicor and Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookNice-to-Haves

Previous inspection background
