Job Description :
Handling and Tracking Customer and Consumer complaintswith related parties in the Factory, namely QC, Production, Warehouse and Engineering.
Collecting CAPA and follow-up, documenting and making periodic reports for every complaint received and assisting in improving the quality of Distributors by conducting periodic Checks of Distributor Warehouses to comply with handling procedures and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) standards.
Job Requirement :
Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology or equivalent
Having min 3 years of working experience in Supplier Comply & Complain Handling
Good in communication and analytical thinking
Willing to be located in Ciherang (Bogor)
