The Developer will contribute to building and maintaining proprietary software using a variety of tools and modern technologies, including (but not limited to) Typescript, React, React Native, Ruby on Rails. This role is designed for individuals early in their software development career who are driven to learn, grow and make an impact. Experience What were looking for

4-year degree or equivalent experience

Experience in any of the following languages is a plus: C#, Swift, Ruby, Rails, PostGres, Typesript, and/or Javascript.

Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks is a plus.

What youll be doing

Participate in software delivery with assistance from other developers on an agile development team.

Participate in code reviews, both as a reviewer and reviewee, to promote code quality and shared learning.

Identify and suggest improvements to existing systems, workflows, or practices.

Enhance current applications and support legacy applications.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to team goals.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have the following skills

Programming experience and aptitude required.

Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language.

Must demonstrate proficient ability with a single editor to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily tasks.

Foundational understanding of databases.

Understands and works to apply the basics of software development craftsmanship.

Demonstrates communication skills; must be able to contribute constructively to team discussions; easily builds rapport, is a good listener, uses diplomacy and tact, able to provide and accept feedback.

Balances independent work with effective collaboration, demonstrating ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

Proactively seeks opportunities to learn and improve, showing initiative in enhancing processes, achieving stronger results, and advancing personal development.

Adapts quickly to change and remains flexible in dynamic environments.
