Lead Civil Engineer

Lead and oversee civil design from feasibility to construction

Prepare designs, drawings, and technical documentation

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities

Manage tender documentation, project budgets, and timelines

Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with OH&S and quality standards

Support business development through client engagement and new opportunitiesSkills & Experience:

Minimum 10+ years experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years post-registration (PrEng / PrTechEng)

Strong background in earthworks, stormwater, sewer, and bulk services design

Skilled in Autodesk Civil 3D and Vehicle Tracking; MS Project and AutoCAD/Revit advantageous

Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and communicate effectively across all levels

Experience across industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects beneficial

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BEng / BSc Eng / BTech Eng).

Registered with ECSA, and ideally with SACPCMP or PMI.
