About the Role:

Bayou Crafting Company is looking for a friendly, organized, and highly motivated individual to join our team part-time. This position focuses on managing custom orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take and process custom orders accurately and efficiently.

Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, and messenger platforms.

Ensure each customer receives an exceptional experience from inquiry to final product delivery.

Maintain accurate records of orders, artwork files, and communications.

Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.

Assist with general shop organization and daily operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A customer-first attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Fabrica, and email platforms.

Previous customer service or order management experience is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:
