Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a part of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures

- Providing excellent customer service to passengers and addressing any inquiries or concerns

- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings

- Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations

- Handling cargo and mail, including loading and unloading from aircraft

- Operating ground support equipment, such as tugs, baggage carts, and other vehicles

- Conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft and reporting any issues to the appropriate authorities

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and surrounding areas

- Adhering to all safety and security protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not required
